Vermont DMV ID card with photo, lost near Church Street

I lost my Vermont DMV state ID card yesterday around 3pm outside City Market on Church Street in Burlington. It's a standard blue-green plastic with a photo on the left, and there's a small dent in the bottom-right corner plus a faint Vermont outline watermark. This ID is essential for me to travel next week, and it has sentimental value because it was given to me by my grandfather.
