Lost blue denim jacket with patches on sleeves and small tear on pocket near hiking trails in Vermont.

Description

I lost my favorite blue denim jacket while hiking near the trails in Vermont last Saturday. It has some patches on the sleeves and a small tear on the pocket. It was a bit chilly that day, so I took it off and laid it down on a rock while I stopped to take photos. I'm really hoping someone picked it up!
