Black and tan terrier mix with red collar

I lost my black and tan terrier mix named Rocky yesterday around 3pm near Walmart on Hill Avenue in Valdosta. Rocky is about 25 pounds, with a white splash on his chest and a bright red collar that has a small tag. He also has a tiny notch in his left ear, which is pretty distinctive. He’s super friendly once he warms up, but he gets anxious when he can’t find me, and I’ve been worried all day.
