White Accu-Chek glucose meter kit in blue case

I lost my white Accu-Chek glucose meter kit yesterday around 4pm near the Peter White Public Library on Front Street in Marquette, Upper Peninsula. It sits in a navy blue neoprene sleeve with an orange zipper, and the front has a small orange star sticker I put there a while ago. Inside is the glucose meter, test strips, a lancet device, and a crumpled receipt. It is essential for my daily diabetes management, and I have been really worried about keeping up with readings.
