Lost black waterproof jacket with distinctive logo on left sleeve near Lake Erie State Park.

I lost my favorite black waterproof jacket on Saturday while hiking near Lake Erie State Park. I remember taking it off to cool down while I was resting on a bench, but I must have left it behind. It has a distinctive logo on the left sleeve, and the inside pocket holds my old gym membership card. I really hope to get it back as it was a gift from my grandmother.
