Blue Nike running hoodie with neon zipper

I found a blue Nike Dri-FIT running hoodie this afternoon around 4:15 pm in the Arnot Mall parking lot off College Ave in Elmira, Twin Tiers NY/PA. It’s a men’s size L, blue with black shoulder panels and a bright neon orange zipper pull. The chest has a white Nike swoosh and the hoodie features two zip pockets plus a small inner pocket with initials 'A.J.' embroidered on a faded tag. There’s a tiny coffee stain on the front hem and a minor cuff snag—that’s a good marker if you’re checking. It looks like it was just dropped, and I’d really like to help get it back to its owner.
