Blue Aurora dragon plush with yellow belly

I lost my blue Aurora World dragon plush toy yesterday around 3pm near the Target on Vestal Parkway in Vestal, NY, in the Twin Tiers NY/PA area. It's about 11 inches tall, with soft blue fur, a bright yellow belly, a red stitched nose, and tiny white stars on the left wing. There’s a green fabric tag on the ear and the right paw is embroidered with the name 'Draco'; there’s also a faint coffee stain on the back. This is a children's toy and it’s tied to my daughter’s comfort, so it means a lot to us. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back.
