Blue-dial Seiko 40mm watch with scratch

I lost my blue-dial Seiko 40mm watch yesterday around 3pm outside the Main Street Coffee House on W High Ave in New Philadelphia, Tuscarawas Co. It’s a stainless steel, 40mm case with a blue sunburst dial and a date window at 3 o'clock; there's a noticeable scratch on the left lug and a bit of bezel wear. The back is engraved with the initials 'RP'—a sentimental gift from my grandfather who passed away last year. It’s my daily go-to, and I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
