14k gold ring with sapphire, initials A.L.

I lost my 14k gold ring with a tiny sapphire yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on Main Street in New Philadelphia. It’s a delicate size 6 ring with a little heart engraving on the inside and the initials A.L. etched near the band. It has huge sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me, and I’ve worn it every day since. If someone picked it up, I’d be really grateful to get it back; I can describe the faint scratch on the band near the clasp and the exact wear on the sapphire setting.
