Blue tote bag with pink zipper and cactus pin

I found a blue canvas tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind Guthrie Green in Tulsa's Arts District, near Archer Street and 2nd. The bag measures about 12 by 14 inches and is a faded denim blue with a bright pink zipper along the top. Inside there’s a small orange notebook with doodles, a teal sunglasses case, and a red enamel cactus pin attached to the front pocket. It looks a little worn but contents are intact.
