Black Kindle Paperwhite with red bookmark

I found a black Kindle Paperwhite this afternoon around 3:15 pm near Guthrie Green on Riverside Ave in Tulsa. It was sitting on a bench behind the food trucks, the screen on and showing a reading app. It has a red silicone bookmark sticking out and a small blue dragon sticker on the back. I didn't touch anything inside; I just picked it up and left it with the bench for now in case the owner comes back.
