Found black backpack with several patches containing personal items near a hiking trail to a scenic overlook in Tri-Cities.

I found a backpack belonging to a missing person while hiking in the hills near Tri-Cities. It was left by a trail that leads to a scenic overlook. The backpack is black with several patches and has a lot of personal items inside, including a notebook and a cellphone. I am hoping to get it back to its owner as soon as possible.
