Blue hand-painted ceramic vase with wave motif

I lost my blue hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Clearwater Ave in Kennewick, by the Columbia Park Trail entrance. It's about 8 inches tall, cobalt blue glaze with a delicate gold wave pattern along the rim, and it's signed 'Mira Kline' on the bottom. There's a tiny chip on the rim and a faint glaze crack along the base—easy to spot if you handle it. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value; I’d really love to get it back.
