Found affectionate tabby cat roaming near 10th and Kansas Ave parking lot in Topeka.

I found a sweet tabby cat roaming around a parking lot near 10th and Kansas Ave in Topeka. The cat is quite affectionate and seems to be well taken care of. It has a note collar with no contact information. I'm hoping to find its owner soon!
