Lost hand tools near Promenade Park, Toledo
I was at Promenade Park along the Maumee River around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday when I tucked a gray tool bag into my cart while I swapped a blade on a saw. A sudden gust blew the bag off the cart and into the grass, and by the time I turned around it was gone. Inside the bag are a cordless drill, a hammer, a tape measure, and a yellow-handled screwdriver, all marked with my initials. These tools travel with me for neighborhood repairs and volunteer projects around downtown Toledo, so losing them hits hard. If someone found them, please help me reunite them with me via the site; they’re essential to my work.
Lost sheets in Toledo, Ohio
I lost a queen-size sheet set last night while I was folding laundry. I had hung them to dry in the backyard behind my duplex near Riverside Park in Toledo, off South Detroit Avenue. The set is pale blue with a thin white edge; the fitted sheet is a bit worn where it snagged, and there's a small coffee stain on the corner from breakfast the day before. It feels silly to admit, but that sheet set carries memories of Sundays with my mom. If someone found them, please reach out through the site so I can get them back.
Blue ceramic mixing bowl with Moonstone stamp
I found a blue ceramic mixing bowl this afternoon around 4:15 pm, sitting on the sidewalk behind the Starbucks on Monroe Street, just outside the University of Toledo campus in Toledo. It's a 2-quart bowl with a glossy cobalt glaze and tiny white speckles; the rim is a bit wavy, and there's a small chip on the inner edge. The bottom bears a tiny hand-stamped mark that reads 'Moonstone Ceramics.' It looks like it was used for baking and deserves to be back with its owner. If this sounds like yours, drop me a line and we can figure out a pickup or drop-off.
Found an antique wooden chair with unique carvings and deep mahogany color near an apartment in Toledo.
I found a beautiful antique wooden chair near my apartment in Toledo last week. It has unique carvings on the backrest and a deep mahogany color. The chair was left somewhat hidden behind a bush, and I believe it may have been taken to the street for bulk pickup but wasn’t collected. I'm hoping to return it to its rightful owner as it looks very valuable.
Lost ceramic teapot with delicate floral design at Toledo Farmers Market park bench.
I lost my beautiful ceramic teapot, which has a delicate floral design, while visiting the Toledo Farmers Market last Saturday. I remember setting it down on a park bench while I took some pictures, but when I returned, it was gone. It's very special to me, so I'm hoping someone might have found it!
Found vintage wooden rocking chair with engraved arms near a curb in Toledo.
I found a beautiful vintage wooden rocking chair on the curb near my house in Toledo. It seems to be in great condition and has some lovely engravings on the arms. I noticed it during a walk last week and couldn’t just leave it out in the rain, so I took it in hoping to find its owner. If you recognize it, please get in touch!
