Lost blue fabric dog collar with a silver name tag engraved 'Buddy' near The Thumb park.

I lost my dog's blue collar while walking him in the park near The Thumb yesterday. It's a durable fabric collar with a little silver tag on it that has his name, 'Buddy', engraved.
