Gray tabby with white chest found near Harbor Market

I found a gray tabby this afternoon around 3:30pm near Harbor Market on Main Street in The Thumb. It’s a stocky short-haired guy, about 9 pounds, with a white chest and a small crescent-shaped scar on the inside of its right hind leg. The cat was wearing a bright blue collar with a tiny brass bell and a tag that reads 'Mochi 112.' He seemed curious but a bit wary, rubbing against my leg and purring when I spoke softly.
