Navy blue U.S. passport in black sleeve

I lost my navy blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm near the Texoma Public Library on Main Street. It's inside a black leather sleeve with a small red corner sticker and a faint coffee stain on the cover, plus a tiny scratch along the bottom edge. This passport has serious sentimental value because it was my only international travel document and I have a trip coming up soon, so I really need it back.
