Lost blue nylon dog collar with name tag 'Buddy' and small charm near Texoma Lake park.

I lost a blue nylon collar with a name tag that says "Buddy". I think it slipped off while we were playing at the park by Texoma lake. It has a small charm attached, and I'm really worried that someone might find it and not know how much it means to me. If found, please let me know!
