Found silver watch with black leather strap

Found a watch this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Central Mall entrance on Mall Drive in Texarkana. It's a silver stainless-steel case with a black genuine leather strap, a small scratch across the crystal at 3 o'clock, and a date window. On the back are engraved initials 'L.M.' and there's a tiny red thread tied to the crown as a distinctive marker.
