I was walking along Main Street in Texarkana when I spotted a scarf caught on a fence by the Perot Theatre around 3:15 p.m. yesterday. One scarf is navy with a white paisley pattern, the other is a bright red knit—both look like they were dropped by someone in a hurry. I picked them up and kept an eye out for a name tag, but there wasn't any. I hope the owner sees this and can claim them soon.
