Found cobalt blue paperback with fox bookmark near CVS

I found this paperback this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the CVS on Richmond Road, near Texarkana College. It's a bright cobalt blue cover, about 240 pages, with a coffee ring on the back and a green fox-shaped bookmark tucked between pages. Inside the front cover there's a short handwritten note that says 'Enjoy the journey' in pencil. It feels like a gift or something sentimental to someone, and I’d really love to get it back to its owner—if you think this could be yours, I can meet near the CVS or drop it off at the Texarkana Lost & Found.
