Found black Anker portable charger in Texarkana Plaza parking lot near the curb.

I found a portable charger while walking to my car in the Texarkana Plaza parking lot. It’s a black Anker charger, about the size of a medium phone, and seems to have some charge left. It was just lying there near the curb. If you think it might be yours, please describe it and I’ll be happy to return it!
