Blue North Face backpack with red zipper pulls

I found a blue North Face backpack this afternoon around 2:30pm behind the CVS on Stateline Ave, near the Central Mall Texarkana. It's a medium-sized bag in solid blue fabric with bright red zipper pulls and a small rainbow enamel pin on the front pocket. The main compartment zips cleanly and the side water-bottle pocket is intact. There’s a light scuff on the bottom corner and a faint rain stain, but overall it’s in decent shape.
