Black Sony Handycam with blue sleeve found

Found a black Sony Handycam HDR-CX405 with a blue neoprene sleeve in the Central Mall parking lot in Texarkana this afternoon around 3:15pm. It's an older model but still pulls up video fine; the LCD screen has a light scratch and the top cover shows a small dent. Inside the sleeve there's a 16GB memory card labeled 'MXR 21' and a sticky note on the camera strap with the initials 'J.R.' on it.
