Found bright green and yellow parakeet with a leg band near a park in Terre Haute.

Description

I found a bright green and yellow parakeet hopping around on the grass in обновленныйҳои সুবিধার mostrar near the park last evening. The little bird seemed lost and was chirping quite loudly. It has a tiny leg band which I think might be its identification. If you lost this feathered friend, please contact me!
