I lost my kittens after I brought in the groceries and shut the back door around 8:15 PM last Friday, and they slipped out through a gap in the gate near the Vigo County Courthouse. They’re tiny, just a few weeks old, one gray tabby with white paws and a tiny orange tabby with a white blaze. I’ve walked the block, rattled a treat tin, and called their names, but the night was long and cold and I’m starting to fear they’ve wandered farther than I can reach. I’m hoping someone spotted two small balls of fur darting along 7th Street and will guide them back toward home. Please leave a note on the site if you see them, I’ll head out right away.

Cockatiel missing near Vigo County Courthouse, Terre Haute

I lost my silver-gray cockatiel yesterday around 3pm near the Vigo County Courthouse on 4th Street in Terre Haute. He's about the size of a paperback and has a bright yellow crest with orange cheeks, plus a blue leg band stamped 'TH-04'. He’s shy and tends to hide in shrubs, so he could be within a couple blocks of the courthouse area or behind the pharmacy on that block. This bird is a family treasure—my daughter’s birthday gift and the one creature who always cheers us up—so we’re really hoping to get him back. I lost my pet green tree frog named Charles at the Riverwalk Park in Terre Haute. I took him out for a bit of fresh air, and he jumped out of my hands while I was trying to take a picture.
