Lost contact card with name and emergency number

I lost a small white plastic contact card yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on East Water Street, Syracuse. It's credit-card sized, front shows my name Priya Patel and a faint black logo, and the back has my mobile number. There's a coffee stain on the bottom-right corner and a tiny blue City Wellness sticker in the upper-left. The back also has a short note in black ink about who to call in an emergency, so it’s kind of my lifeline for daily stuff. If you found it, text me at the number on the back — I really need it back and would be grateful to meet up at Clinton Square or the Starbucks nearby to retrieve it.
