Blue-and-gold hand-painted ceramic vase

I lost my blue-and-gold hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the Miracle Mile on Pacific Ave in Stockton. It's about 9 inches tall, with a cobalt glaze, gold flecks, and a tiny hand-painted leaf motif around the rim. There’s a small chip on the rim and a faint crack along the base from a past drop. The bottom is stamped with 'K. Ito 2019'—that little signature is the only clue. It was a gift from my grandmother and it means a lot to me; I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it.
