Silver necklace with blue sapphire pendant

I found a silver-tone necklace this afternoon around 3:15pm near the riverfront park by Main Street and Broadway in Stillwater. It's a delicate 18-inch chain with a heart-shaped pendant that has a tiny blue sapphire inlay and a small engraving on the back (looks like an 'M'). The chain shows light wear and the clasp has a minor scratch. If someone recognizes this, please reach out—I'm hoping to get it back to its owner.
