Midnight navy cocktail dress with rhinestone belt

I lost my midnight navy Calvin Klein cocktail dress yesterday around 3pm. It's a knee-length satin sheath with thin straps, size M, and it has a detachable rhinestone belt at the waist. There’s a tiny lipstick stain on the inner lining near the zipper and a minor snag on the left hem that you barely notice from the outside. I last saw it outside the OSU Student Union on University Ave in Stillwater, near the campus bookstore after a charity fashion show.
