Found black Samsonite suitcase with red luggage tag near Stillwater Lake.

Description

I found a black Samsonite suitcase next to Stillwater Lake on the evening of October 10th. It looks like it's been here for a couple of days, and it has a red luggage tag with a name and contact number. The suitcase seems to contain personal items, so I hope to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
