Charcoal zip pouch with orange S embroidery found near library

I found a small charcoal-gray zippered pouch on the bench outside the Stillwater Public Library on Main Street this afternoon around 2:45pm. It's about 6 by 4 inches, with a slightly frayed zipper pull and a tiny orange S embroidered on the front. There's a small faux leather tag on the corner that reads 'NW,' so it might be a brand tag. Inside, I spotted a lime-green USB-C cable, a folded transit map of Stillwater, and a couple of old receipts. It looks lightly used but otherwise in decent shape. If someone recognizes this, I hope they can reclaim it—happy to hand it over.
