Lost turquoise blue insulin pen engraved with owner’s name at Walmart in Statesboro.

I lost my insulin pen while shopping at the Walmart in Statesboro last Saturday. It's a turquoise blue pen with my name engraved on it. I had just done a quick check to grab some groceries, and I think I left it on the counter. I tried to call the store, but no luck so far. If anyone finds it, please let me know as it's really important for my diabetes management.
