Found blue plush dragon with orange belly

I found a small blue plush dragon this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Statesboro Farmers Market on North Main Street. It's about 12 inches tall, super soft, with an orange belly and little green eyes. One wing has a tiny tear and there's a white star patch on its chest—really easy to spot. I figured it must belong to a kid who dropped it while grabbing a snack, so I’m posting here to help get it back.
