Two-tone gold ring with ruby and engraving

I lost my two-tone gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the HUB-Robeson Center on College Ave in State College. It's a 14K ring with a small maroon ruby set in a simple crown, about a size 7, and there's a noticeable nick on the outer edge from when I dropped it last week. On the inner band there's a delicate engraving that reads 'Forever G'. This ring has sentimental value—it's from my grandmother and I really need it back.
