Navy canvas tote bag with pink floral scarf

I lost my navy canvas tote bag with a pink floral scarf tied to the zipper pull yesterday around 3pm near the Pattee Library on College Ave in State College. It's a medium-sized bag, about 14 by 12 inches, with beige lining and a small inner pocket that has my initials stitched on it. There’s a faint coffee stain on the bottom corner and a tiny green leaf charm on the zipper. Inside I keep a sketchbook and a silver pendant from my grandmother—sentimental stuff I really need back.
