Lost pair of silver hoop earrings near the Pugh Street intersection in downtown State College.

I lost a pair of silver hoop earrings while walking around downtown State College near the Pugh Street intersection. I remember taking them off briefly to adjust my scarf, and I think they may have fallen out of my bag afterward. They hold sentimental value, so I would really appreciate any help in finding them.
