Lost gold engagement ring with a small diamond near Forest Park, St Louis.

I lost my gold engagement ring while walking my dog in the park near Forest Park in St Louis. It has a small diamond set on the top and is a little worn out from daily use but holds a lot of sentimental value. I didn’t notice it was missing until later in the day, and I’ve retraced my steps but haven’t been able to find it. I would really appreciate any help in locating it, as it means so much to me.
