Lost black puffer jacket with a small tear on the left sleeve, found near Forest Park.

I lost my black puffer jacket while walking my dog around Forest Park last Wednesday. It has a small tear on the left sleeve, and my name is stitched inside the collar. I loved this jacket, and I hope someone can help me get it back!
