Found medium-sized dog with blue collar near Forest Park

I found a medium-sized dog this afternoon around 3:45pm in Forest Park, near the Art Museum entrance on Fine Arts Drive. The dog is tan and white, short coat, about 45 pounds, with a bright blue reflective collar and a small brass tag that reads 'Riley.' He’s very friendly and wagged right up to me, sticking close as I checked for a microchip. He seems well cared for, and I’d love to reunite him with his owner—if you know Riley, DM me a photo of the dog's tag so we can match him up.
