Missing teen: 14-year-old boy in blue hoodie

I lost my little brother, Mateo Rivera, yesterday around 3pm in St. Joseph. He’s 14, about 5'2", slender, with dark brown hair and a recent buzz cut. He was wearing a bright blue Nike hoodie, gray joggers, and white sneakers with a black stripe, plus a red backpack with a panda keychain. Last seen near the fountain at the Pony Express Memorial on Frederick Ave, then he headed toward 3rd Street toward the Amtrak station; he carries an inhaler for asthma and has a small scar above his right eyebrow.
