Gold-tone charm bracelet with beads

I lost my gold-tone charm bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the riverfront fountain at the corner of Frederick Ave and 3rd Street in St Joseph. It's a slim, 7-inch bracelet with tiny multicolor glass beads and a heart charm, plus a small blue enamel leaf charm. The clasp shows a bit of wear, and there's a tiny scratch on the heart charm. It was a gift from my grandmother and carries a lot of sentimental value; I wore it almost every day. If you find it, I would really appreciate getting it back - this means a lot to me.
