Navy windbreaker jacket with orange zipper

I lost my navy Nike windbreaker yesterday around 3pm. It's a size M, lightweight navy blue with an orange zipper, and there’s a tiny tear on the left cuff. Inside the left pocket there’s a white tag with my initials 'PK'. I last wore it near the Starbucks on Main Street in St George, by the library steps, and I retraced the route but can’t find it—this jacket has sentimental value and I really need it back.
