Dark brown leather Samsonite briefcase with brass latch

I lost my dark brown leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm outside the Town Square on Main Street in St George. It's a compact, professional-looking case with a brass latch that sticks sometimes and a small scratch along the bottom edge. Inside there's a blue document folder, a yellow legal pad, and a green sticky note with my initials 'PP.' There’s a faded photo tucked in the interior pocket and a stitched thumb-index on the handle that’s starting to fray. I really need it back—those contracts and that photo mean a lot to me, and it was a gift from a friend, so I’m hoping someone picked it up for safekeeping.
