Navy parka with orange lining found near Springfield Mall

I found a navy parka this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the Springfield Mall, near the cinema entrance. It's a North Peak brand, size Medium, with a bright orange lining and a removable faux-fur hood that's a little matted from the rain. One small feature you might recognize is a green fabric loop stitched inside the left pocket and a silver zipper pull shaped like a pine tree.
