Found a small, friendly brown dog with a black collar near 5th Street park.

I found a small, friendly brown dog roaming around the park near 5th street this morning. It seems to be well-groomed and clearly belongs to someone. It has a black collar with no tags, so I couldn’t find its owner. I took the dog home to keep it safe and would love to return it to its rightful owner as soon as possible.
