Pink dog harness with reflective stripes

I lost my pink Rabbitgoo dog harness yesterday around 3pm near Riverfront Park in downtown Spokane. It's a small size, pink nylon with reflective lime-green stripes along the chest strap, and the buckle is a little scratched from the rain. It has an orange ID tag engraved with my dog's name Milo.
