Black suitcase with red TSA tag found near NorthTown Mall

I found a black hard-shell suitcase this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the NorthTown Mall on Division Street in Spokane Valley. It’s a large 28-inch spinner with a matte finish, four wheels, and a silver telescoping handle. There’s a small dent on the bottom edge and a bright red TSA tag hanging from the zipper. A blue luggage strap with the initials 'KP' is wrapped around the handle, and there’s a faded Delta sticker on the side. The inside looked clean with no obvious personal items visible.
