Black Anker Bluetooth speaker with blue bumper

I found a black Anker Soundcore Bluetooth speaker, about the size of a soda can, with a bright blue silicone bumper around the edge. It has a small dent on the top and a sticker on the bottom that reads 'X2'. I picked it up this afternoon around 1:45pm near Riverfront Park's east entrance at the corner of Lincoln Street and Spokane Falls Boulevard. It looks like it's in decent shape overall, with a few scuffs on the grille from being knocked around a bit.
